• Roof repair/replacement
• Landscaping, mowing, grounds maintenance
• Snow removal
• Full-service maintenance and interior repairs (homeowners cost)
• Accepting packages for absent homeowners
• Supervised entry for outside vendors
• House check when owner is absent
• Trash/recycling collection and removal
